The dust has finally cleared and I would like to give thanks to everyone that visited the booth during Born-Free. Born-Free has created a tug of war within the industry as some dislike it and others love it. I'm with the latter. Born-Free has given me a home to meet fellow members and get others stoked on what ChopCult has to offer.

I was pleasantly surprised to meet over 20 people that we helped through the #chopcultaaa program. Thanks to everyone that stopped what you were doing to help get a stranger back on the road. You rule!

Big thanks to my husband for helping set up, work, and break down the booth. I wouldn't of been able to do it without him. Thanks for EVERYTHING Duane.

From our friends at Throttle Addiction - The Art and Fuel is a painted gas tank motorcycle exhibit that displays at Born-Free every year. This will be the 3rd year we put the exhibit together. 9 world class painters have been selected, but we want the people to choose the Final Nominee and painter number 10.

To be considered for the Final Nominee, follow these steps:

Email zach@throttleaddiction with your name, location, and Instagram or website which displays your work by Wednesday, March 16th. Do not send individual photos. Entrants will be evaluated based on their publicly displayed works. If your accounts are private, we cannot see your photos.
On Monday, March 21st, we will announce the final 5 and open public voting via Instagram and the Throttle Addiction website.

Voting will remain open for 1 week and the final Nominee and 10th participant of Art and Fuel will be announced Friday, April 1st on the Throttle Addiction website and Instagram account.

Rules and conditions for entering:

The final nominee must be able to deliver their tank and be present at Born-Free 8 on June 25-26 2016. If you are not able to travel to and be present at the show, please refrain from entering. Really, this is the only rule and it absolutely, 100% required.

This is a social media, internet promotion heavy exhibit. Consideration will be given to your level of engagement, promotion and presence in the digital world.

The final nominee will be given a Throttle Addiction gas tank to paint for the exhibit (TA reserves the right to choose the gas tank). Upon completion of the exhibit, the tank will remain the property of the artist (you get to keep the tank).
