Product feature - New Grim Tool Roll
"Our tool rolls are hand made in the USA, constructed with multiple layers of high quality and high strength technical and industrial grade materials. The foundation of the roll is 1300D 14oz reinforced fade & UV resistant PVC with a tensile strength of 410 lbs per square inch and tear strength of 100 lbs. The next layer (inside the pockets) is 1000D denier waterproof Cordura with a tensile strength of 300 lbs per square inch and tear strength of 80 lbs.
The see-through mesh is a high strength PVC coated synthetic with a tensile strength of 275 lbs per square inch with tear strength of 80 lbs. The magnetic panel is comprised of multiple 2 lbs. pull magnets. We use #92 thread and an acrylic binding that are both fade and UV resistant, and high-quality outdoor zippers & zipper pulls.
The total combined tensile strength of the tool roll is over 985 lbs, and has a tear strength of nearly 400 lbs. The closure and mounting systems use 1inch nylon webbing rated at 600 lbs, and aircraft grade laser cut 6061-T6 aluminum Overkill hooks rated at 100 lbs of tensile strength to keep your tool roll closed and mounted wherever you put it." - Grim Parts Co.
