"Southbound is free for all to come and enjoy. Join us on October 27 at The Boardr in Tampa, Florida. The only costs to you are for raffle tickets, food, and vendors. All of the profit once again this year goes to the local VFW post. The pre-party will be at The Hub in downtown Tampa on the 26th. The after party is at the local VFW post 424.
